Our Mission

At Free Plants Care, our goal is to make plant care simple and enjoyable for everyone. We create practical, easy-to-follow guides to help gardeners grow healthier orchids, indoor plants, and outdoor garden plants.

What We Can Help With

We enjoy hearing from fellow plant lovers, and we read every message we receive. Here’s what we’re happiest to dig into:

  • Plant care questions
  • Orchid care
  • Indoor and outdoor garden plants
  • Watering and fertilising
  • Pest and disease problems
  • Plant identification
  • Repotting advice
  • Soil recommendations
  • Light requirements
  • Seasonal care
  • Beginner gardening tips
  • Feedback or corrections
  • Partnership enquiries

Before You Contact Us

  • Search our plant care guides first — your answer might already be there.
  • Include your plant’s name if you know it.
  • Describe the symptoms clearly, and when they started.
  • Tell us how often you’re watering it.
  • Mention whether it’s grown indoors or outdoors.
  • Attach clear photos if possible — they make diagnosis much faster.

Response Time

We usually reply within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we read every message.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long does it take to receive a reply?

Most messages sent through the form get a reply within 1–2 business days. If your plant is in real trouble, put “urgent” in the subject line of your email so we can spot it quickly.

  • Can I send photos of my plant?

Yes, please do. Photos are the single most useful thing you can include when you contact us — they help us spot pests, root issues, or light problems much faster than a written description alone.

  • Do you answer questions about orchids?

Definitely. Orchids are one of our favourite topics to help with, from repotting and watering schedules to getting a reluctant plant to rebloom.

  • Can I suggest corrections to a guide?

Absolutely — we appreciate it. If you spot something inaccurate or out of date in one of our guides, use the form above and let us know which article and what needs fixing.

  • Do you accept guest posts or partnerships?

We do consider a limited number of partnership and guest contribution enquiries. Select “Partnership / press” in the form above and tell us a little about what you have in mind.
